The artwork was above-par, and I'm thankful I didn't see any sprites.
My only real criticism is that the move is entitiled "Byakugan VS Sharingan," as such, you should focus on those two aspects. The only time either one was used (Byakugan) was when Neji did his 64-palm strike, and even that was sub-par. Next time, I suggest you devise a thorough understanding of how to manipulate both aspects of the parties abilities.
As an earlier review said, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to enable a user-choose-victor option.
On a more personal option, I like Neji more, but I feel Sasuke has more potential.
The graphic style is somewhat reminiscent of Broken Saints, but not quite there. You have an interesting style to how you go about creating it, and the choreography is top-notch. My only suggestions is that you do a little research. Most of what you did in the movie looks freestyle, and when put into slow motion, that decreases the quality of the fight (s). My suggestions are as follows:
-Study (if only briefly) styles such as Bojutsu (Bo Staff) and Eishin-Ryu Iaido (Unsheathing the sword, attacking, and then re-sheathing the sword). They will give you a better feel of technique and originality.
- If you do not know any forms of martial arts, don't worry. Computers nowadays can more than compensate for lack of experience. When you are trying to get dramatic in a scene, increase the speed of it. This will not only improve the volume of excitement, but make the actors look as if thier fighting in real-time.
-Avoid cliche moves such as when the sword sweeping across the top of the males head. It looks cool, sure, but lacks definition and originality. If you absolutely must use such said techniques, the add a little " jazz," to it. For instance, slow time 6X from real-time and show the after-image of the sword and the guy, the right as the sword misses his head, speed up the action to about 6X normal time.

You can hardly call pokemon and megaman animes. Also, considering how much manpower you had, it could have been longer. The only tidbit I liked was Hellsing. So, kudos whoever did that.
As stated above in the title, you have very good graphic design skills, but all you did was take the Full Metal Alchemist theme video and plaster sonic characters into it. Other than that, I liked the video.
Unlike your MK: WWE, this is a flash to be proud of. I am particularly in favor of the end of PB and J in which Shang Tsung changes in DK and eats him. It's about time.
Your simply hoping on the bandwagon with the PB and J flash. The only new thing you did was add in characters or scenes from other flashes, and added a 2006 logo two months before the actual year.
I'll agree with my predecessor that this is the best graphics I have ever seen on NG. However, as pertains to the video, it is a wasted use of your talents. The purple was an interesting idea, but nothing happened in the video, save for the showy graphics.

Decent

Good style and Graphics, hardly original...
